We ship year round and offer heat packs. Please check your local weather conditions to determine if a heat pack is necessary. 

We package plants with extreme care, but I cannot guarantee the condition of plants once they leave my hands. Please contact me immediately if there are any issues with shipping or damage to the box.

Plants often suffer shipping stress. Sometimes they wilt, have stems or leaves bent, or might even lose a few leaves. This is normal shipping stress and the plant should recover in a few days with proper care. Please unpack plants as soon as possible.

For any reason you are not satisfied with the condition that your plant arrives in, please let us know within 3 days of receiving it so we can take the steps to correct this. You and your plants happiness are very important to us!
